Our legal fees are calculated in accordance with the principles of charging
established by the New Zealand Law Society (as detailed in our Terms of Engagement)
Our legal fees are charged on a time and attendance basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our current standard hourly charge-out rates fall within the following bands.
Directors $475 - $595 /hr
Principals / Consultants $450 - $595 /hr
Associates $350 - $425 /hr
Solicitors $150 - $390 /hr
Law Clerks $150 - $225 /hr
Legal Executives $190 - $295 /hr
