James has a broad practice with a particular focus on the areas of mergers and acquisitions,
structuring, commercial contracts, financing, franchising, private wealth and dispute resolution.
He holds a BCom/LLB with a major in finance from the University of Auckland and was admitted
as a barrister & solicitor in 2007.
James provides a practical approach to help facilitate transactions or resolve disputes.
His priority is to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of his client’s circumstances to
enable him to offer the best possible advice.
